We will embark on our Bike n’Wine Discovery Tour just a stone’s throw away from the renowned Hotel Negresco, setting off along the scenic Promenade des Anglais towards the picturesque vineyards. Perched at an altitude, the vineyard basks in abundant sunlight, while the mingling sea and alpine breezes foster a leisurely maturation process essential for the freshness and refinement of Bellet wines, imbuing them with an almost northerly charm. During this journey, we will serve as your knowledgeable guides, unveiling the secrets of the Bellet appellation, our storied castle, its rich history, labyrinthine cellars, and captivating galleries. From an enlightening exploration of the château to an insider’s tour of the cellar, our team will divulge the intricacies of viticulture and the vinification techniques practiced across our estates. The oenological odyssey culminates with a tasting session either in the cellar or on the terrace, shaded by ancient olive trees, allowing you to savor the fruits of our labor. Our return to Nice will be adorned with the sun-drenched vistas and azure horizons, tracing the path back amidst the tranquil embrace of the sea.
