We will start our E-Bike n’Wine Discovery Tour just 2 steps from the famous Hotel Negresco and then follow the Promenade des Anglais towards the vineyards.

The vineyard is located at altitude and benefits from generous sunshine. The breath of sea and alpine winds provides a slow maturation process necessary for the freshness and elegance of Bellet wines, giving them an almost northern character.

We will guide you throughout this visit to help you discover the Bellet appellation, our castle, its history, its cellars and its galleries.

From the “educational” visit of the château to the cellar, the cellar team will reveal all the secrets of viticulture and the methods of vinification practiced on our properties.

This oenological walk will end in the cellar or on the terrace in the shade of the olive trees so that you can discover the result of our work during a tasting.
